What’s coming

Care designed aroundthis stage of life

When Axelle opens, your clinician will build your plan from a focused menu of FDA-approved treatments — no compounded hormones, ever. Here is a first look at what will be available.

Every treatment is prescribed only after a licensed clinician reviews your full health history. Pricing will be announced at launch — one simple monthly price covering your consultation, medication, and shipping.

Why Axelle

Care held toa higher standard

Too many women leave an appointment with their real questions unanswered — not because nothing can be done, but because nobody slowed down long enough to listen. Axelle is being built to start the conversation differently.

FDA-approved medications only

Every medication offered through Axelle will be an FDA-approved product, dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. We will not sell compounded hormones — ever.

Licensed U.S. clinicians

Your care will be provided by independent, licensed clinicians who review your full health history before prescribing — never an automatic approval.

A person, not an algorithm

A real clinician will read every answer — your symptoms, history, medications, and goals together — because the right decision rarely comes from one checkbox. “Not yet” and “no” are answers too, and you will always be told why.

Care that continues

Refills will arrive monthly, and you will be able to message your care team anytime. Adjust, pause, or cancel whenever you like — you stay in control.

Take the assessment

Answer careful questions about your symptoms, health history, medications, and goals — the same assessment you can preview below, free, today.

2

A clinician reviews

An independent, licensed clinician reviews your full picture and decides what is appropriate for you — most assessments reviewed within 24 to 48 hours of opening.

3

Delivered to your door

If treatment is right for you, a licensed pharmacy ships it discreetly to your door, with refills monthly and your care team a message away.

Free self-assessment

See what your carecould look like

This is the same assessment our clinicians will use when Axelle opens. Today it is a preview: answer honestly, and we will show you the treatments a clinician would likely consider first. It is educational only — not medical advice, and not a prescription.

Your answers stay on this device — nothing is sent or stored when you take this preview. When Axelle opens, the full assessment will be reviewed by a licensed clinician before any treatment is considered.

Questions

Before we open,honestly answered

When does Axelle open?

Very soon — we are completing the final setup now. Members will be invited in small groups so that every consultation gets the time it deserves, and the first invitations go to the waitlist. Join above and we will email you the moment your group opens.

How does the waitlist work?

Add your email and send us the short message that opens in your email app — that is your place in line, held in the order requests arrive. We will write once when we open, and waitlist members are invited before the general public. Your email is used only for launch updates.

What will Axelle offer?

Online consultations with independent, licensed U.S. clinicians who focus on mature women’s health, and — when a clinician decides it is appropriate — FDA-approved prescription treatments for the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, plus targeted care for skin, hair, and lashes. We will never offer compounded hormones.

How much will it cost?

Pricing will be announced at launch. The model is simple: one monthly price covering your consultation, your medication, and shipping — no membership fee, no copays, and no surprises at the pharmacy counter. You will only ever be charged if a clinician approves your treatment, and you can pause or cancel anytime.

Will I need insurance?

No. Axelle will be a direct-pay service, so there are no claims, no copays, and no waiting on an insurer’s approval. Your consultation, medication, and shipping are bundled into the single monthly price.

Is the self-assessment medical advice?

No. The assessment on this page is an educational preview that shows the kinds of treatments a clinician might consider. It does not diagnose anything and it is not a prescription. When Axelle opens, a licensed clinician will review your complete health history before any treatment decision is made.
